These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Mister Weekend website, services, booking pages, communications, experiences, outings, getaways, consultations, and related offerings.
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, communicating with Mister Weekend, or participating in a Mister Weekend experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Booking & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Release of Liability or waiver.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website, book an experience, or participate in a Mister Weekend offering.
1. About Mister Weekend
Mister Weekend curates and hosts social travel experiences, outings, getaways, and related services.
Mister Weekend is operated from Texas, United States, and offers experiences that may take place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, other destinations in Mexico, the United States, and additional destinations in the future.
Mister Weekend is not a hotel, airline, cruise line, transportation company, yacht operator, restaurant, bar, beach club, venue, tour operator, or alcohol provider.
Mister Weekend may coordinate and host experiences using independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to venues, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, yacht providers, transportation companies, hotels, guides, activity operators, and other local partners.
2. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes related to learning about Mister Weekend, submitting inquiries, reviewing offerings, and booking services.
You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, disruptive, or unauthorized purpose.
You also agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, performance, or availability of this website or any booking, payment, form, or communication system connected to Mister Weekend.
3. Eligibility
Mister Weekend experiences are intended for adults.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in Mister Weekend experiences unless a higher age requirement is stated for a specific experience or required by a venue, supplier, destination, or applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party meet the age, identification, travel, health, and participation requirements for any experience you book.
Mister Weekend may refuse service, cancel a booking, or remove a guest from an experience if the guest does not meet eligibility requirements or creates a safety, legal, operational, or conduct concern.
4. Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until Mister Weekend has received any required payment, deposit, signed waiver, guest information, and written confirmation from Mister Weekend.
Some experiences may require full payment at the time of booking. Other experiences, including certain getaways or custom-planned experiences, may require a non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due by a stated deadline.
Booking details, inclusions, exclusions, timing, meeting points, payment deadlines, and participation requirements may vary by experience.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all booking details before submitting payment.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
By submitting payment, you authorize Mister Weekend or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown at checkout, in an invoice, or in your booking communication.
Mister Weekend does not store full payment card details.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If a payment fails, is declined, is reversed, or is disputed, Mister Weekend may cancel or suspend your booking, withhold services, or require another valid payment method.
6. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary by experience, group size, destination, supplier availability, travel season, customization, timing, and other factors.
Mister Weekend may update pricing at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Once your booking is confirmed, the price shown in your booking confirmation will generally apply unless changes are requested by you, required by a supplier, caused by inaccurate information provided by you, or caused by circumstances outside Mister Weekend’s control.
7. Booking & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to Mister Weekend’s Booking & Cancellation Policy.
All Mister Weekend bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated in writing by Mister Weekend.
This includes deposits, full payments, final balances, custom planning fees, and amounts paid toward experiences, outings, getaways, supplier arrangements, or related services.
Because each booking may involve planning time, limited availability, supplier coordination, administrative work, and third-party commitments, you should review the Booking & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your booking.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Booking & Cancellation Policy, the Booking & Cancellation Policy will control for booking, payment, cancellation, transfer, credit, weather, and supplier-change issues.
8. Guest Cancellations, Credits, and Transfers
Guest cancellations, credits, and date transfers are governed by the Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Date transfers and credits are not guaranteed. They depend on availability, supplier approval, destination conditions, and any additional costs.
Any credit issued by Mister Weekend has no cash value and may not be transferred to another person unless approved by Mister Weekend in writing.
Mister Weekend may, in its sole discretion, make a courtesy exception. However, making an exception in one situation does not require Mister Weekend to make the same or similar exception in the future.
9. Third-Party Suppliers
Mister Weekend curates and hosts experiences using independent third-party suppliers.
We do not own, operate, manage, or control the venues, vessels, hotels, restaurants, bars, transportation providers, beach clubs, tour companies, activity operators, or other suppliers featured in an experience.
Suppliers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own services, staff, facilities, equipment, vehicles, vessels, safety procedures, licensing, insurance, alcohol service, operational decisions, and legal compliance.
Suppliers may change schedules, pricing, availability, inclusions, rules, access requirements, safety decisions, or service offerings.
Mister Weekend is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, delays, closures, cancellations, refusal of service, accidents, injuries, service issues, safety decisions, operational decisions, or failure to perform.
If a supplier change affects your booking, Mister Weekend will make reasonable efforts to adjust the experience, coordinate an alternative, or provide the remedy made available by the supplier.
10. Experience Changes
Mister Weekend experiences may be adjusted before or during an experience due to supplier availability, weather, safety concerns, destination conditions, guest needs, timing, transportation, venue operations, group dynamics, or other practical considerations.
Mister Weekend may substitute a venue, supplier, activity, route, timing, or inclusion with a comparable alternative when reasonably necessary.
A change to the order, timing, venue, supplier, or flow of an experience does not automatically qualify for a refund.
11. Weather, Safety, and Destination Conditions
Mister Weekend experiences may be affected by weather, ocean conditions, traffic, supplier availability, venue operations, government restrictions, safety concerns, illness, emergency, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a supplier modifies, postpones, or cancels an experience due to weather, safety, operational issues, or destination conditions, Mister Weekend will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the options made available by the supplier.
Weather-related changes do not automatically qualify for a cash refund from Mister Weekend.
You acknowledge that travel and destination experiences may involve uncertainty and that itinerary adjustments may be necessary.
12. Alcohol, Venues, and Conduct
Mister Weekend does not sell, serve, furnish, or provide alcohol.
Any alcoholic beverages are sold, served, or provided by independent third-party venues, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, yacht providers, hotels, or other licensed suppliers, subject to their own rules and applicable laws.
You are responsible for drinking responsibly, following local laws, respecting venue rules, and making safe decisions.
Mister Weekend may remove or refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, harasses others, refuses to follow instructions, damages property, violates supplier or venue rules, creates a safety concern, or disrupts the experience.
No refund, credit, or transfer will be provided if you are removed from an experience, refused entry, denied service, or unable to participate because of your conduct, intoxication, lack of valid identification, or failure to comply with supplier or venue rules.
13. Guest Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own conduct, safety, travel documents, identification, passports, visas, entry requirements, transportation to and from the destination, travel insurance, health needs, medications, personal belongings, and personal decisions.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Mister Weekend is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You must arrive on time, follow instructions, carry valid identification, comply with local laws, and respect all venues, suppliers, hosts, staff, guests, and community members.
Mister Weekend is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, missed inclusions, lost items, theft, injury, illness, additional expenses, or disruption caused by your failure to meet travel, venue, supplier, or destination requirements.
14. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that travel, nightlife, social outings, boating, transportation, walking, water-adjacent activities, destination experiences, and participation in public or private venues involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, illness, injury, theft, loss of property, transportation incidents, water-related risks, weather conditions, ocean conditions, crowd conditions, alcohol-related environments, food and beverage risks, venue incidents, supplier negligence, criminal activity, and other risks that may be known or unknown.
By booking or participating in a Mister Weekend experience, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with travel, social activities, destination experiences, third-party suppliers, and your own participation.
Certain experiences may require a separate Release of Liability or waiver before participation.
15. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Mister Weekend, its owner, hosts, contractors, representatives, partners, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, property damage, delay, missed travel, emotional distress, inconvenience, additional expense, or other harm arising from or related to your participation in an experience, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
This includes harm caused by third-party suppliers, other guests, venues, transportation providers, weather, destination conditions, alcohol-related environments, personal conduct, travel disruptions, or circumstances outside Mister Weekend’s reasonable control.
16. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
Mister Weekend aims to create curated, stylish, well-paced, and enjoyable experiences.
However, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, atmosphere, guest interaction, venue experience, social result, travel result, personal connection, or level of enjoyment.
Experiences may vary depending on guest dynamics, supplier operations, weather, destination conditions, timing, crowd levels, and other factors outside Mister Weekend’s control.
17. Travel Insurance
Mister Weekend strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for getaways, destination experiences, and any booking involving flights, hotels, transportation, weather-sensitive activities, or non-refundable supplier arrangements.
Travel insurance may help protect you from unexpected illness, delays, cancellations, emergencies, weather issues, supplier changes, and other disruptions.
You are responsible for deciding whether to purchase travel insurance and for reviewing the terms of any insurance policy.
18. Communications
By submitting an inquiry, booking an experience, or contacting Mister Weekend, you agree that Mister Weekend may communicate with you by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, website forms, booking platforms, and other reasonable communication methods.
These communications may include booking details, payment reminders, itinerary updates, supplier information, safety notices, customer support, and marketing communications where permitted by law.
You are responsible for monitoring the communication channels you provide and responding to time-sensitive booking requests.
You may opt out of marketing communications where available, but transactional or booking-related communications may still be sent.
19. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mister Weekend website, including text, names, branding, images, graphics, page layouts, experience descriptions, logos, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Mister Weekend unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, or use Mister Weekend content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You may share public website links for personal, non-commercial purposes.
20. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, videos, messages, survey responses, or other content to Mister Weekend, you grant Mister Weekend permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share that content for marketing, promotional, educational, and business purposes, unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.
You represent that any content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of another person or business.
Mister Weekend may remove, edit, or decline to use submitted content at its discretion.
21. Photos and Media During Experiences
Mister Weekend or its representatives may capture photos or videos during certain experiences for social media, marketing, documentation, or promotional purposes.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, you must notify Mister Weekend in writing before the experience begins.
Mister Weekend will make reasonable efforts to honor your request, but cannot control photos or videos taken by venues, suppliers, other guests, members of the public, or third parties.
22. Privacy
Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Mister Weekend may collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information.
By using this website, submitting information, or booking with Mister Weekend, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
23. Errors and Availability
Mister Weekend makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on its website and booking materials.
However, errors, omissions, outdated information, pricing mistakes, availability changes, supplier changes, or typographical errors may occur.
Mister Weekend reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change availability, revise pricing, or cancel a booking affected by an error.
24. Force Majeure
Mister Weekend will not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, weather, ocean conditions, natural disasters, strikes, labor issues, supplier failure, government restrictions, health emergencies, pandemics, civil unrest, crime, transportation disruptions, power outages, technology failures, illness, injury, emergencies, or other events beyond Mister Weekend’s reasonable control.
In these situations, Mister Weekend will make reasonable efforts to coordinate available alternatives, but refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on recoverable supplier amounts.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mister Weekend’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the website, services, booking, experience, outing, getaway, consultation, or related offering will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Mister Weekend for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Mister Weekend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, travel expenses, emotional distress, inconvenience, reputational harm, or other indirect losses.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
26. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mister Weekend, its owner, hosts, contractors, representatives, partners, affiliates, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
your use of the website or services; your booking or participation in an experience; your conduct; your violation of these Terms & Conditions; your violation of any law, venue rule, supplier requirement, or third-party right; your failure to provide accurate information; or the conduct of any guest in your party.
27. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By using this website, booking with Mister Weekend, or participating in a Mister Weekend experience, you agree that Texas law applies to these Terms & Conditions and to any dispute involving Mister Weekend, except where prohibited by applicable law.
28. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact Mister Weekend in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms & Conditions, the website, a booking, or a Mister Weekend experience must be brought in a court located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Texas for such disputes.
29. Severability
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid or unenforceable section will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent while remaining enforceable under applicable law.
30. Changes to These Terms
Mister Weekend may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website, services, or booking process after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
For confirmed bookings, the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of booking will generally apply unless a change is required by law, supplier rules, safety concerns, or other necessary business reasons.
