Booking & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 23, 2026

Thank you for booking with Mister Weekend.

Mister Weekend curates and hosts social travel experiences, outings, getaways, and related services using independent third-party suppliers. These may include venues, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, yacht providers, transportation companies, hotels, guides, activity operators, and other local partners.

Because each booking may involve planning time, supplier coordination, limited availability, reservations, and third-party commitments, please review this policy carefully before booking.

1. Agreement to This Policy

By booking an experience, outing, getaway, consultation, or related service with Mister Weekend, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Release of Liability or waiver.

You may be asked to confirm your agreement before completing your booking.

2. Payments

Some Mister Weekend experiences require full payment at the time of booking. Other experiences, including certain getaways or custom-planned experiences, may require a non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due by a stated deadline.

Payment terms will be shown at checkout, on the booking page, in your invoice, or in your booking communication.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Mister Weekend does not store full payment card details.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

All Mister Weekend bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

This includes deposits, full payments, final balances, custom planning fees, and amounts paid toward experiences, outings, getaways, supplier arrangements, or related services.

Payments are non-refundable because your booking may immediately involve planning time, reserved availability, supplier coordination, administrative work, and third-party commitments.

4. Guest Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Mister Weekend in writing by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

For cancellations made 15 or more days before the scheduled experience, you may request a one-time date transfer or future experience credit. This is subject to availability, supplier approval, and any additional supplier costs. Cash refunds are not provided.

For cancellations made 8 to 14 days before the scheduled experience, you may request a future experience credit for any amount Mister Weekend is able to preserve after non-refundable supplier costs, planning time, and committed reservations. Date transfers are not guaranteed during this period. Cash refunds are not provided.

For cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled experience, no refund, credit, or transfer is available.

No-shows, late arrivals, missed departures, missed inclusions, refusal of entry by a venue or supplier, or failure to participate for any reason are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

Mister Weekend may, in its sole discretion, make a courtesy exception. However, making an exception in one situation does not require Mister Weekend to make the same or similar exception in the future.

5. Date Transfers and Credits

Approved date transfers and credits are not guaranteed. They depend on availability, supplier approval, destination conditions, and any additional costs.

Any credit issued by Mister Weekend has no cash value and may not be transferred to another person unless approved by Mister Weekend in writing.

Credits may be reduced by non-refundable supplier costs, planning time, payment processing fees, or other committed expenses already incurred.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, any approved credit must be used within 12 months of the original booking date.

If supplier pricing increases, availability changes, or the new experience costs more than the original booking, you are responsible for the difference.

6. Deposits and Final Payments

For bookings that require a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable once paid.

Final payment deadlines will be provided before or after booking. If your final payment is not received by the stated deadline, Mister Weekend may cancel your booking and retain amounts already paid.

Once final payment is made, all amounts paid are non-refundable.

7. Weather, Safety, and Destination Conditions

Mister Weekend experiences may be affected by weather, ocean conditions, traffic, venue operations, supplier availability, government restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a supplier modifies, postpones, or cancels an experience due to weather, safety, operational issues, or destination conditions, Mister Weekend will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the options made available by the supplier. These may include rescheduling, a modified itinerary, supplier credit, or another available alternative.

Weather-related changes do not automatically qualify for a cash refund from Mister Weekend.

8. Supplier Changes, Closures, or Cancellations

Mister Weekend curates and hosts experiences using independent third-party suppliers.

We do not own, operate, or control the venues, vessels, hotels, restaurants, bars, transportation providers, beach clubs, tour companies, activity operators, or other suppliers featured in an experience.

Suppliers may change schedules, pricing, availability, inclusions, rules, access requirements, safety decisions, or service offerings.

If a supplier change affects your booking, Mister Weekend will make reasonable efforts to adjust the experience, coordinate an alternative, or provide the remedy made available by the supplier.

Mister Weekend is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, delays, closures, cancellations, refusal of service, accidents, safety decisions, service issues, or operational decisions.

9. Mister Weekend Cancellations

If Mister Weekend cancels an experience for reasons within our control, we may offer one or more of the following options: rescheduling the experience, applying your payment toward a future Mister Weekend experience, providing a modified experience, or refunding eligible amounts paid for the canceled experience.

Refunds may exclude third-party costs, supplier fees, payment processing fees, planning fees, or other non-refundable amounts that Mister Weekend is unable to recover.

If Mister Weekend cancels due to circumstances outside our control, including weather, supplier cancellation, safety issues, government restrictions, illness, emergency, force majeure events, or destination conditions, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on recoverable supplier amounts and the circumstances of the cancellation.

10. Late Arrival, No-Show, and Missed Inclusions

You are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for your experience.

Mister Weekend is not responsible for missed inclusions, shortened experiences, supplier refusal, missed transportation, or schedule changes caused by your late arrival, failure to communicate, intoxication, lack of valid identification, failure to follow instructions, or failure to meet supplier or venue requirements.

No refunds, credits, or transfers are provided for late arrivals, no-shows, missed departures, missed inclusions, or refusal of entry.

11. Alcohol, Venues, and Age Requirements

Mister Weekend does not sell, serve, furnish, or provide alcohol.

Any alcoholic beverages are sold, served, or provided by independent third-party venues, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, yacht providers, hotels, or other licensed suppliers, subject to their own rules and applicable laws.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to participate in Mister Weekend experiences unless a higher age requirement is stated for a specific experience or required by a venue, supplier, destination, or applicable law.

Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and complying with all venue, supplier, and destination rules.

12. Travel Documents and Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own travel documents, identification, passports, visas, entry requirements, transportation to and from the destination, travel insurance, health needs, medications, and personal belongings.

Mister Weekend is not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, lost items, theft, injury, illness, additional expenses, or disruption caused by your failure to meet travel, venue, supplier, or destination requirements.

13. Travel Insurance Recommended

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for getaways, destination experiences, and any booking involving flights, hotels, transportation, weather-sensitive activities, or non-refundable supplier arrangements.

Travel insurance may help protect you from unexpected illness, delays, cancellations, emergencies, weather issues, or other disruptions.
